Olé ("the App") is a football quiz game developed by Lumisi Ltd ("we", "us", "our").
We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. What We Collect

We collect only the minimum data needed to power leaderboards:

• Team name — the name you choose in the App
• Game scores — your results and progress
• iCloud user record identifier — assigned automatically by Apple when you use CloudKit

We do not collect your real name, email address, phone number, location, or any other personal information.

3. How Data Is Stored

• Local data — game progress and preferences are stored on your device.
• Leaderboard data — synced via Apple's CloudKit service, tied to your iCloud account.

We do not operate our own servers and have no access to your Apple ID or iCloud credentials.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share, sell, or transfer any of your data to third parties. There are no analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or tracking tools in the App.

5. Notifications

If you enable notifications, they are scheduled locally on your device. No data is sent to any external push notification service.

6. Data Retention

Local data is retained on your device until you delete the App or reset it from Settings. Leaderboard data stored in CloudKit is retained for as long as the leaderboard feature is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

7. Deleting Your Data

You can reset all local data from the Settings screen within the App. Leaderboard entries stored in CloudKit can be removed by signing out of iCloud, deleting the App, or emailing us at info@ole-ole-ole.com to request removal.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is suitable for all ages. However, leaderboard features require an iCloud account, which is subject to Apple's own age requirements. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided data through the App, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete data we hold about you.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
